George Raftopoulos, CFP®, AIF®, MBA
George Raftopoulos is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, AIF®. He is a 1987 graduate of Tufts University with a BA in Economics and attended Bentley College for his masters, earning his MBA in 1996.
In addition, George is a registered representative with Commonwealth Financial Network®, an independent broker/dealer and member FINRA/SIPC. He holds his FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities registrations as well as his life, accident and health insurance broker licenses. He has been honored as one of the top five distinguished registered representatives in the U.S. at Commonwealth Financial Network from 2000 through 2009.
With 25 years experience in the financial services industry, Nichole is fortunate to be able to consult with George on matters regarding the markets, financial planning strategies and other various aspects of running a successful practice.
George, Nichole and his daughter Sophia enjoy spending their time traveling, playing golf and skiing/snowboarding. George also competes in triathlons and his current passion is participating in a local men's basketball league. He also volunteers his time with the Southern Maine Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and is a member of the Wells Rotary Club.
